Willow Creek Farms Municipal Utility District (WCFMUD) is a governmental entity that was organized to finance the construction and maintenance of water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure within its boundaries. While WCFMUD is also authorized to finance recreational facilities and facilitate garbage service, its primary focus remains providing its core services of water, sewer and drainage infrastructure to its service area. While WCFMUD has worked collaboratively with the Willow Creek Farms HOA and other area organizations on select community programs, it maintains its role as the sole party responsible for the finance and maintenance of water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure within its boundaries.
