Willow Creek Farms Municipal Utility District (the "District"), in coordination with our hosting partner Triton Consulting Group, Inc. ("Triton"), collects personal information to provide essential utility and community alerts. This information may include your name, physical address, email address, and mobile phone number.

We use your information strictly for District-related communications, including:

• Emergency alerts (e.g., Boil Water Notices).

• Service interruptions or maintenance updates.

• Pertinent District event notifications.

• Billing and administrative reminders.

 

SMS Consent and Data Sharing

The District values your privacy. Mobile information (phone numbers) and opt-in consent for SMS messaging will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is only shared with our service provider, Triton/AlertsPlus™, to facilitate the delivery of your requested alerts. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

 

Opting Out

You may revoke your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. To rejoin, you may text YES to the District’s assigned number.
