Extreme Heat - Voluntary Water Conservation
Dangerous heat continues in the Houston area with heat indices exceeding 105 over the next several days. Please make sure to take heat safety precautions for people and pets.
Water usage has increased significantly over the past few days and we are running close to system capacity.
Please help us maintain our water service and avoid implementation of water restrictions by voluntarily conserving water during this time.
If we continue to run at high capacity, we will be required to institute mandatory water restrictions as part of our drought contingency plan.
